Koi Bowl
Inspired by a story about perception:
Two people were watching koi in a bowl.
“It is the water that is moving,” said one.
“No, it is the fish,” replied the other.
A passing Zen master paused to listen.
“Neither the water nor the fish,” the master said. “It is the heart that swims.”
The story invites us to notice how our inner world shapes what we see.
